Protecting Virginians: Attorney General Jones Visits Central Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley

RICHMOND, Va. – Attorney General Jones made stops across the Commonwealth, listening to communities about public health and safety challenges, fostering collaboration between partners, and sharing how his office is fighting to better the Commonwealth for all.  

Attorney General Jones Visits Henrico, Petersburg, Chesterfield, and Richmond 

On Tuesday, August 4, Attorney General Jones made several stops in the Greater Richmond area. These stops highlighted how local communities are combating crime and investing in lasting public safety strategies, and how partnerships with the state can further support their work.  

 Vape Enforcement Roundtable in Eastern Henrico 

Following the announcement of the Office of the Attorney General’s Regulated Products Enforcement Unit, Attorney General Jones gathered with state and local officials, community advocates, school division leaders, and public health experts for a direct conversation in Eastern Henrico. Dialogue touched on emerging substances in communities, parents and teachers speaking about these products with children, and how the Office can connect and collaborate with stakeholders.
